There’s flavored coffee and unflavored coffee and then you have what I like to call natural flavored coffee. Natural flavored coffee is coffee that is roasted and then combined with at least one other natural coffee to create a whole new coffee taste. Each type of coffee is roasted slightly differently to bring out the coffees natural flavor and nuance.

A delicious example of this is Seattle Blend, which is a heavy bodied blend of Indonesian and Colombian, dark roasted. Another full bodied coffee is San Francisco Blend which is a combination of Indonesian and African beans. And then there’s North Shore Blend, Chicago Blend, Heartland Harvest, and many more.
